Instructions:

There are fifty statements in the assessment grouped into six sections. Choose the rating for each statement that fits best when evaluating your overall professional development program (not just a single course). The ratings are:

Unknown: The status of the element in your program is unknown, undefined, unimplemented, or undeveloped.

Needs Improvement: The element is implemented but needs development or expansion.

Meets our needs: The element is functioning fine for our purposes.

Exceeds needs and goals: The element is well developed and producing verifiably outstanding results.
